Did someone say homemade pasta?
We took our #DINEAROUND series back to sweet home, Chicago, and this time... we indulged thanks to Williams Sonoma (Lincoln Park) for inviting us for a pasta-making class as we gathered 14 professionally-minded women from across industries to engage in conversation about what's on their mind.
We were joined by THE Dr. Sheila Robinson, a best selling author, public speaker, and corporate advisor and Editor in Chief of Diversity Women Media, a leading multi-media platform and enterprise intended to accelerate the careers of women in the workforce.
Much of the conversation turned towards situational outcomes that we as women in the workforce are facing — from negotiation to communication, to 'secrets of the C-Suite', avoiding burnout, exploring helpful mantras, and so much more.
