In November 2025, women leaders from across industries gathered at the iconic Hay-Adams Hotel in Washington, D.C., for the latest Broad Shoulders #DineAround.

The Purpose

We believe in the power of the "pause"—creating intentional space to find community and strength in the company of others.

The Conversation

The evening featured a dynamic Fireside Chat moderated by Madeline Fetterly and Tamara Edwards, featuring high-performing leaders Laura Cox Kaplan and Jen Daulby. Together, we explored the pillars that define success for women at the highest levels of leadership:

  • Influence & Business: Navigating power dynamics and driving results.

  • Career & Networking: Building social capital and strategic partnerships.

  • Health & Balance: Sustaining peak performance through well-being.

  • Purpose & Relationships: Leading with intention and fostering deep connections.

The Atmosphere

True to the #BroadShoulders tradition, the evening was defined by a "gloves off" honesty. This wasn’t just an information session; it was a rich, unvarnished dialogue designed to foster genuine social connection and vibrant community.
